The Kirchentag charges an administration fee of 21 Euros for the arrangement of communal or private accommodation. If staying in the same accommodation, one family pays a reduced fee of 42 Euros.
Generally, the Kirchentag only arranges accommodation for four nights (24 to 28 May). Only international guests can stay 6 nights (23 to 29 May).
When purchasing admission passes for more than 1300 Euros via the Kirchentag website, we offer a 5% discount. Administration fee for accommodation, ID cards for contributors etc. are not included in this calculation. Admission passes bought in an advance ticket office are excluded of group discount as well.
Public Transport in Berlin
Public Transport in Berlin and Potsdam (ticket Zone ABC) is included in the admission passes. You can use every metro (S+U-Bahn), tram (Straßenbahn) and bus in Berlin and Potsdam.
The journey to the festive service in Wittenberg is NOT included in your admission pass. You will need to buy a separate ticket available from December 2016.
World Reformation Exhibition
Due to the limited visitor capacity of the World Reformation Exhibition, it will not be possible to visit on Sunday, 28 May 2017 with your Kirchentag admission pass.
You receive an information pack with your Kirchentag admission pass which includes a programme booklet, a songbook and a city map of Berlin.
